Land O'Lakes Wins 2021 Silver Stevie® Award

Modus is excited to announce that Land O’Lakes was presented with a Silver Stevie® Award in the Sales Enablement Program of the Year category in the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.
Winners will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on April 14.
More than 2,300 nominations in 150 categories from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide on nine specialized judging committees.
Purina deployed Modus Sales Hub to create a custom implementation, Connect App, which started as a small pilot and is now used globally in six versions. Connect App is now the central repository for information used for sales.

The outcomes made possible via Connect App include enabling sales reps who sell multiple lines of Purina feeds to access a broader set of product information to satisfy the needs of customers, resulting in higher order amounts. Additionally, the usage metrics for content used by sales reps and viewed by buyers informs new content development, ensuring reps can sell efficiently.
Perhaps the biggest achievement is the ability to pivot quickly, launch a new instance of the app, reskin it and populate it with content from the central repository. By streamlining the effort needed to launch each version, Land O’Lakes moves faster on projects around the world, enabling the secure collaboration of teams and sharing of information.
