Located on the 16th floor of the U.S. Bank Plaza in downtown Boise, Western Pacific Timber's suite is 2,700 sf and features 6 offices, a conference room, a break room, a copy room and a large reception area.

Modus Architecture provided traditional tenant improvement services for the U.S. Bank Plaza building management. Under a separate contract we provided services to upgrade interior finishes and lighting. Design and coordination services included furniture quality casework, custom millwork and signage. We also provided some assistance with furniture selection.
