Modus Architecture provided tenant improvement services for the 6,240 sf Grace Furniture retail store in the Plaza 121 Building in downtown Boise. The open floor plan lends itself to easy rearrangment of the showroom floor, and large storefront windows allow ample daylight into the space. Soffits that look like faux beams were installed to give the space a more sophisticated, modern feel. Track lighting allows for illumination of specific pieces of furniture or grouping of furniture, and various electrical outlets and supports were installed for easy access to hang and light chandeliers.
