Modus Architecture provided the Milky Way Restaurant with tenant improvement services for its relocation to the first floor of the historic Empire Building in downtown Boise. Our services included schematic design, design development, and construction documents. The existing 6,000 square feet space was renovated to include a mezzanine, full service kitchen, wine storage, bar, and features large bifold doors that open up to the sidewalk.
