Modus Architecture was hired to provide design services to Baumgart Construction. Part of the project consisted of developing prototype designs for seven new recreational houses on a beach front development. The designs were based on traditional forms and materials of Oregon beach front cabis. The houses are single and two story structures of varying sizes. Each house design included a dining room, living room, kitchen, master bedroom, laundry/mud room, and guest bedrooms.
