Modus Architecture has designed a new 4,300 square foot office building with a dental office being one of two tenants in the space. This project required extensive coordination between the dental equipment supplier, mechanical, plumbing, structural, and electrical consultants. The style of the building will incorporate classic Tuscan columns, a tile water wall at the entry, and lighted shelves in the reception area.
