This mixed-use project creates a “pedestrian oriented” environment through the implementation of residential, retail and office components at various intensities.

The main retail space of this project includes a 9,000sf garden center and 3,000sf cafe. This project is slated for completion in Spring 2007. It will be targeting Certification using the green building rating system of the U.S. Green Building Council called Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
