Falcon Building - boise, idaho

The scope of work for the renovation of this 3-story, 31,000 sf Falcon Building (formerly known as the Strand Building) will include a complete renovation of the interior and construction of a new entry with a water feature.

Almost all materials from the inside of the building will be donated to the Second Chance Building Materials Center for resale and much of the interior gutting will be completed by residents of the Supportive Housing & Innovative Partnerships, a nonprofit program that provides clean and sober housing.
