Working with the City of Boise, Modus Architecture and Fletcher Farr Ayotte of Seattle, were commissioned to design a facility to provide education and interpretive opportunities for the public on wastewater, ground water, recycling, storm, and sewer systems.

The site and interior of the building will include interpretive and interactive displays and the tower will provide an observation deck to look out onto the wastewater plant. The building will incorporate sustainable design. Public art will also be fully integrated into the site and architecture.
