Modus Architecture is on the forefront of sustainable design in Idaho. We are members of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and incorporate the USGBC's green building rating system called Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) into many of our projects.

As a result, we have the unique distinction of being involved with the first two LEED Certified buildings in Idaho.

We were the LEED Consultants for the LEED for Existing Buildings Certification of the Ada County Courthouse and Administration Building
We were the designers of the Front 5 Building that achieved LEED for New Construction Certification.

With two LEED Accredited Professionals on staff, we can help incorporate many sustainable and energy efficient methods into your project with the professionalism and experience we have gained through our various sustainable projects.
