the front 5 building - boise, idaho

The Front 5 Building is a renovated high-bay brick warehouse of approximately 12,500 square feet on the main level and 2,500 square feet on the mezzanine level. New glass curtain wall entries on the north and south side of the building mark the new entrances. New 10' tall windows mimic the look and feel of a warehouse but will be updated with metal canopies.

It is the first LEED for New Construction (LEED-NC) Certified building in Idaho.
